Here are just a few things we are working on.
Feral cat outreach
We were alerted to several feral cat colonies at a mobile home community in Mt. Juliet. We are assisting the residents by providing food. We also set up some shelters using old igloos and straw. We were able to humanely trap 3 ferals and get them spayed/neutered and vaccinated before releasing them back. We also took in 2 sick cats from this community and we are getting them healthy. They are both recovering well in foster care!
We are committed to taking in dogs who need it most, getting them healthy, spayed/neutered and finding their perfect family. Every animal we take in goes to a loving foster home and is fully vetted while we search for their fur-ever home. That means all age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm test/prevention, flea/tick prevention, microchip and spay/neuter. Take a look at our adoptables. Not ready to adopt but want to contribute to their care? All of your donations are tax-deductible!
Community pet Food bank
Our food and supply outreach is ongoing and is at the core of what we do. We collect donations of food and supplies and distribute them to those in need in our community. If you would like to donate food, litter, preventatives or other pet supplies, please contact us!
